Invasive Species

Himalayan Balsam, Giant Hogweed, Japanese Knotweed are three invasive plants in the Eden Catchment. 

Mink and grey squirrel are also found in the Eden catchment providing great risk to the native water vole and red squirrel respectively.

Why not join one of our volunteer projects and help try and control some of these invasive species.
