Leave a Legacy Leaving a legacy will have a lasting impact on the environment and mean that the River Eden and its catchment is looked after for years to come. Remembering the Eden Rivers Trust in your Will ensures that future generations can enjoy it as much as you have. A legacy to the Eden Rivers Trust can take the form of a gift of money or possessions. There is a number of different kinds of legacies; Pecuniary Legacy: a fixed sum of money. Residuary Legacy: the remainder of your estate once all other bequests have been made and debts cleared. Specific Bequest: A particular item that you want to leave to the charity.
