We will be installing woody material into the river channel over these 3 days to reduce problematic erosion and improve habitat in a section of Crowdundle Beck. This will involve cutting material on site and pinning it into the bank sides and will be a job you can really get your teeth into. Don’t be put off though, as there is always something for everybody to join in with on a job like this.
On Thursday we have invited our friends from Cooke Aquaculture to join in the fun so there will be lots of hands to make light work.
